### 📦 Packaging & Order Tracking
Your order will arrive in discreet, protective packaging, keeping your items safe during transit. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a **tracking number** so you can stay updated every step of the way.
We do **not** currently offer express or overnight shipping.

## 🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to return or exchange your item.

### ✅ Returns
- You have **14 days** from delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be **unworn**, with original tags and packaging intact
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- **Shipping fees are non-refundable**
- To begin a return, email us at **support@tempoactivewear.com** with your order number and reason for return

### 🔄 Exchanges (Available for EU & UK customers)
We offer exchanges on the **same item** for a different **size or color**, based on availability.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- We will ship the replacement once your return is received and approved
- Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
*Customers outside the EU/UK can return their item and place a new order if needed.*

- We do **not** ship to PO Boxes
- **Customs fees or import duties** may apply outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer
- Tempo is **not responsible for delays** caused by customs, weather conditions, or local courier services
